What we collect
When you submit a project enquiry through our contact form, we collect only the information you provide: your name, a way to reach you (Telegram handle, email address, or phone number), and a description of your project. We do not collect any additional personal data.
Why we collect it
The sole purpose for collecting this information is to reply to your enquiry and prepare a project quote. We do not use it for any other purpose.
Who has access
Your enquiry data is accessible only to the olrosa team members handling your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except for the infrastructure services we rely on to operate: our hosting provider and the email delivery service used to route your enquiry to us. These providers process data only as instructed and are bound by their own privacy obligations.
Cookies and tracking
We use localStorage solely to remember your preferred language setting — no tracking cookies are set. We use Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrica to understand aggregate site traffic (pages visited, session duration). These services may set their own cookies. We do not use advertising trackers, fingerprinting, or any third-party retargeting tools.
How long we keep your data
Enquiry data is retained for as long as reasonably needed to manage the potential project relationship. If a project does not proceed, we delete or anonymise the data within 12 months of last contact.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at hello@olrosa.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
